Adam is a seasoned leader in the residential solar industry with over 15 years of experience driving innovation and customer success in clean energy.
He holds an MBA from John Carroll University and is a graduate of Pittsford Sutherland High School (Class of 2006).

Previously an executive at some of the nation's largest solar companies, Adam led teams, scaled operations, and helped thousands of homeowners adopt sustainable energy.
Passionate about accelerating renewable energy adoption, he brings deep expertise and a commitment to exceptional service, empowering customers to reduce their energy costs. Under his leadership, our team delivers top-tier solar solutions for homes across the region.

Evan Day
Evan is a dynamic leader and co-founder of Happy Solar, bringing a unique blend of operational expertise and customer-focused experience to the residential solar industry.

A graduate of Pittsford Sutherland High School (Class of 2009), Evan spent 10 years in the education technology sector, where he honed his skills in operations management, sales, customer success, and delivering innovative software solutions.

Before teaming up with his brother Adam to launch Happy Solar, Evan excelled at scaling teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional client experiences—skills he now applies to help homeowners seamlessly transition to clean, affordable solar energy.​

Jeff Salas
Jeff is a dedicated solar industry professional with over 7 years of experience in residential solar, specializing in high-quality installations and customer education.

Originally from Detroit, Jeff began his career at Quicken Loans as a Mortgage and Finance Specialist, where he developed strong expertise in financial solutions and client service.
​
He then transitioned to one of the largest solar companies on the West Coast, where he spent more than seven years helping homeowners adopt clean energy through efficient solar systems and tailored financing options.
